⚠️DISCLAIMER⚠️: I’ve seen a few comments spreading mis/disinformation about this person, so here’s a disclaimer to clear things up.
The original Reddit post had a screenshot of a different man named Mike Staton who commented under a post made by ICE talking about how he wanted liberals to be deported alongside illegal immigrants. After looking through his account, I found out that this is not the same person; this is also mentioned in the article.
A few users on the original Reddit post were accusing him of being a pedophile with no proof to back it up, and I got another comment under one of my posts as well. One user noted that people were commenting things of that nature for search engine optimization, so it would be associated with his name, but again, there’s no proof of this being true.
Another commenter thought that this was Judge James Stanton. While their names are very similar, they’re not the same person. I initially thought that they were during research, until I saw this video by FOX25.
In Dallas Texas, an ICE prosecutor named James Rodden was exposed after Steven Monacelli, a journalist from the Texas Observer caught him on his phone during an immigration hearing. His account was called GlomarResponder, a neo-Nazi Twitter account with around 17k followers. When it comes to law enforcement holding white supremacist views, it’s not really that shocking to me, and it’s becoming harder to give them a lot of benefit of the doubt.
While a pretty good majority of ICE “agents” are cowering behind their beige gaiters and their Temu tactical gear, there’s one “Special Agent Criminal Investigator” who doesn’t shy away from the spotlight.
This is James “Mike” Staton. On Saturday, June 7, 2025, a Reddit user uploaded a few images of Staton along with some screenshots from Facebook (though the account is not the same Mike Staton), images of his and his partners vehicles, and a picture of his business card. The poster said that he was seen between East Somerville and Union, Mass. This is what they wrote in the caption:
Meet “Mike” [Staton], a special agent with ICE who decided that Saturday morning was a great time to come harass our community. When neighbors asked him what he was up to, he claimed he was “investigating iPhone package thefts”… and then literally gave them a business card with his ICE email address before running away (so much for the tough guy tats!). His Facebook indicates he’s a real charmer too. If you see Mike in his silver Ford Bronco (license plate 2TKA18) or his buddies in a black Ford Expedition (2CKT12), grey Dodge Journey (6YN899), and silver Jeep Grand Cherokee (8KB435) make sure to call the LUCE hotline at 617–370–5023 give them a hearty Somerville “get the fuck out of here”.
After running his face through a reverse image search, I found him in a few different places. I found an image of him on a website called Stage32, a platform dedicated to networking and education within the entertainment industry. He’s been a member since 2014 and was active as recently as two weeks ago (as of 6/11/2025). It also says that he’s a screenwriter out of Tucson Arizona, which lines up with the cellphone number that he provided on his business card since “520” is the area code serving the Tucson area.
He uses the same image for his now deleted LinkedIn account where he gives his job credentials.
Another commenter posted a screenshot of his deleted account on Google, and it also says that he attended Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
His Substack account was one of the first results that I got through the reverse image search. It led me to a comment that he made under a 2023 article from the former YouTuber and Scottish white supremacist neo-Nazi, Colin Robertson, or Millennial Woes that was titled “Age of Inversion.” In this article, he complains about Confederate statues being taken down, and Black history museums being built.
And the end of this article is quite telling to say the least.
Western society today, whether it is England or Sweden or Germany, heaves and twitches and struggles under a system of institutions that are working constantly to destroy it and drive its citizens into despair and eventually, presumably, extinction.
If those citizens ever woke up en masse, I can only think there would not be enough lamp posts for them to obtain their satisfaction. After such a density of organised lying, the explosive striving back towards truth would be beautiful but also terrifying. Who knows where it might end up; so many decades of deceit will have blinded us.
The lamp post comment is most likely in reference to the Tulle Massacre in 1944, where the Nazis hanged 99 civilians, some of which were from lamp posts.
This is the comment that he made.
While some of his subscriptions on Substack are focused on Palestinian freedom and Islam, many of his subscriptions tend to focus on “whiteness” and “the west.”
Take Millennial Woes for example, whose most recently published article is pushing the white supremacist Great Replacement Theory and is riddled with neo-Nazi propaganda memes inside of it.
There’s also Year Zero that fearmongers about trans people, and RealThomas777 or 7HOMA7 7V, a self-proclaimed fascist, “Rock N Roll Terrorist” and “peckerwood,” a term that some neo-Nazi prison gang members use out west. Thomas’s personal website has a Triskele right in the middle of it.
Another bigot-blog that he’s subscribed to is Auron MacIntyre’s who, on top of creating AI generated thumbnails of Joe Rogan or a crucifix during (what looks like) the Rapture, wrote an article about how “conservatives” are [powering] up” during pride month and winning the culture war while accusing queer people of targeting children.
I think its pretty clear why ICE agents are masking up. They probably don’t want to be exposed for what they truly are.
Here are some sources for any encounters/sightings of ICE.
